I personally use the word “treat meal” or “splurge” I’m not cheating I’m just eating things I don’t always eat during the week. I have my treat meal on Friday night (date night) and sometimes I might have something a little extra in Saturday, typically its chocolate 8) yummy!

I would suggest not buying groceries that are unhealthy, like don’t buy stuff that’s just going to sit around your house just waiting to be eaten. If you’re gonna splurge go out or order in pizza, eat it until it’s gone, and then you’re done! Even though the scale says you’ve gained weight after a binge, you likely haven’t. You have to eat A LOT to actually gain a pound of body weight. Don’t ever weigh yourself after a binge, it won’t help you at all. Drink water, go to bed, and do better the next time
Needed to hear this right now since I just ate vanilla froyo for dinner. 😯 ugh. This week has not gone according to plan. I hate pms. Tomorrow is another day!
My resolution is to treat 2015 as 365 opportunities rather than a year.
I praise progress. All progress. You lost fifty pounds, that’s amazing. You squatted 315lbs, that’s awesome. You ran a mile for the first time today, that’s incredible. You got out of bed today, that’s fucking beautiful. All progress is perfect. You are perfect. You are progress. I praise progress.
Forgive yourself. Whatever you’ve done before, accept it and let it go. You are not perfect. You are capable of making mistakes. Stop hiding from the shadows of the past. Don’t be trapped in the darkness of shattered memories. Let the light pass through and shine upon you. Forgive yourself because it’s the only way to start again.
If you don’t like running, don’t run.
If you don’t like lifting, don’t lift.
If you don’t like yoga, don’t practice yoga.
Find what works, and don’t compare yourself or feel inadequate because someone else has a different exercise routine. It’s about finding what you love, not having some mythical “perfect” routine.
